Columbine

The idea that the Columbine High School was possibly a much larger event that was skewed by the government and media to appear as if it was only done by two metal heads who played video games all day and hated the world is very interesting. So apparently there is this website called columbinefamilyrequest.org and it is dedicated to all the reports and witness claims that have been withheld from the public. The craziest thing about the website is that it says there were many claims saying that there were other shooters possibly involved while certain pieces of the crime scene just happened to coincidentally be in the wrong place. There is a page dedicated to the unanswered questions of the shooting and you can get to it by clicking here. Question and do not believe everything the government tells you.

Exciting

The Volcom store I work at opens tomorrow. Really excited and can't wait to interact with my first customers even though I don't work until Saturday. Anyways, the store looks great and is going to kick ass.

Blood and Thunder

This is my favorite Mastodon song and it just also happens to be off my favorite Mastodon album, "Leviathan." The song is an adrenaline pumped ride. Enjoy it because I definitely do. I must also say that I believe to intro to both the video and the song is cool.

Favorite Mastodon Video

This is my favorite Mastodon music video. (Not favorite song just favorite music video) It's weird, looks like a play and just plain amazing.

Greatest Game of All Time

I love this game to death. The original Legend of Zelda (yes the NES game) is what got me into video games. Now remember, I'm 19 so that game was out already for 11 years by the time I was 4. My uncle had a NES so that's how I played it. Since then I've been a huge Link and Legend of Zelda fan. For me, no game will ever top Ocarina of Time.

Bucket List

Over the next couple days I will be posting everything on from my bucket list. Today I will start with playing on stage at the Hollywood House of Blues (pictured above). The House of Blues is my favorite "small" venue and have been there several times to see some of my favorite bands perform. One of my dreams is performing on that stage play heavy metal. I'm still young so my hopes are still high. To play at any club in LA would be awesome too.

Always Makes Me Laugh

This song always makes me laugh. I love Dave Chappelle skits

Mastodon Does It Again

This video is awesome and so is the song. Unreleased but comes out today thanks to Adultswim here a little later today. It's free and you can't say no to something that's free and rocks soo much.

Been a While...Again

I've been gone about 2 weeks due to working and spending time with my girlfriend. I'm back and going to be posting regularly. Girlfriend's birthday is on Friday and the store I work at is also opening. Very exciting.

Never Say Die

Planning to watch The Goonies tomorrow. I love that movie and haven't seen it since middle school (around 6 years). Chunk will always be my favorite. TRUFFLE SHUFFLE!!!!

Release Date?

According to Best Buy, Nintendo's Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is being released on September 25th. If this is true, this is a lot earlier than originally expected.

Final Fantasy XIII

It's been a while since the last time I played Final Fantasy XIII, I'm pretty sure since last summer, but I completely forgot how amazing the game looks. The image above is an actual screenshot from gameplay. It's so life like and reminds me of PIXAR movies

FIFA!!!!

Well I'm back to playing FIFA 11 again. I put the game down for a while since I had gotten bored of playing it on a daily basis but I'm playing it again on a daily basis so yeah... Definitely missed it though.

Once Again

I have been away for a while. Well I'm back. I thinking about starting a new daily thing called "Lyric of the Day." I want to start daily and will probably turn it into a weekly thing like every Friday. Gonna put up a few posts before heading to sleep.

Genghis Cohen

Going later to the Genghis Cohen with my best friend John to go see Psoy Korolenko perform. Really excited about that. I loved his version of Sympathy for the Devil (shown above).

Nature

Some Jehovah witnesses talked to me about how the earthquakes that going on right now are a prophecy of God. Bullshit, we build cities in locations that are known for their seismic activity, like California.

Chit Chat

I had a mini conversation today with my step dad about religion as he asked me "Do you believe in God?" That's a pretty open ended general question, yet I was able to simply answer "no."He asked why so I responded in telling him that pretty much humans, like other animals on this planet, have one job and that is to reproduce. From there I explained to him that unlike other animals, humans have a brain that is well developed enough and advanced enough to adapt to culture, language, personality, etc. Thus humans do a little bit more than just reproduce. Sadly the conversation ended there because we had arrived at our destination but that conversation is definitely going to be continued and I will completely look forward to that.

Snip Snip Snip

Cut my hair tips. I didn't go to a hair salon because if not my hair would've ended like that pictured above. You know, you say "just the tips" and before you know it like 6 inches come off. So yeah. Glad to have my split ends gone. Yay.

Friday Friday

Good morning. It is Friday and well... that just means it's Friday. Not really sure what I am going to do today but tomorrow I'm going to see Psoy Korolenko perform in Fairfax which is pretty damn cool. Enjoy your day

AHHHH

Well I got my large PC desktop computer fixed (I use a macbook pro) and it turned out that it had 3 trojan viruses (not good). It's back to normal and running perfectly thankfully. I need to upgrade the RAM to 1 gig so it can at least run a little faster. Will do that in time. On the other hand, I was at Home Depot for a couple hours looking for wires and electronic stuff. Not very fun. Still no home yet but leaving soon.

Thursday

Yesterday was a good day. Helped out my step dad at his computer repair shop and watched Mexico play and win. Today I'm going to help him again. I'm also looking to find a day to officially stop using facebook. Sometime in August.
